WELCOME TO THE DRINKS LIST: HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL FIND AT THE BAR AT THIS YEARS CONSTELLATION FEST

We have a few tricks up our sleeve that will be unveiled on-site, but as a star in our constellation, we’re giving you a preview of the divine beverages that await! Get the first glimpse on our blog here.

As we settle into summer after the two years that were, we could all use an artfully curated drink list, right? Here are the delicious options waiting for you this festival weekend.

Strait & Narrow

The Strait & Narrow Pacific Coast Cocktails are crafted with custom gin and vodka spirits, blended with natural flavours (like Peach Elderflower, Pear Rhubarb, Grapefruit Rosemary, and Black Currant Honeysuckle), sparkling water, and a hint of cane sugar.

Whistler Brewing Co

100% BC-owned and BC-brewed, Whistler Brewing Co. brings their hand-crafted artisan beer to the drink list. This summer WBCo introduces Cerveza Revolución! A Latin-inspired cerveza made with malted barley and a generous blend of malted corn. Lightly hopped and then fermented with a sophisticated cerveza style yeast. Totally Refreshing. Totalmente Refrescante.

Topo Chico Hard Seltzer

Hints of lime, salt and tequila take Topo Chico’s flavour profiles to the next level. Centered around the exotic flavors of the iconic Mexican beverage, the Topo Chico Margarita Hard Seltzer will be on our menu in Signature Margarita, Tropical Pineapple, Strawberry Hibiscus and Prickly Pear flavours.

AriZona Iced Tea

It’s not a mirage, it’s the perfect 0% refresher. Born in the heart of Brooklyn, AriZona Beverages came onto the scene with a fresh take on iced tea. If you’re looking for the perfect non-alcoholic or in-between-drinks refresher, AriZona’s got you covered.

Cliffside Cider

Based in Squamish and handcrafted locally, Cliffside Cider brings their crisp house apple cider, medium dry, made from Okanagan apples. They also bring the party, pretty much everywhere they go!

Howe Sound Brewing Company
In 1996, Howe Sound Brewing Company planted its roots in Squamish becoming the first original craft brewery. Their passionate and experienced crew are bringing you favorites from the past 25 years alongside their latest creations. Throughout the years, only one thing has remained the same: their philosophy of connecting people over quality craft beer.

Backcountry Brewing

This team of owner-operators joined forces in 2015 shortly after a fateful Christmas party where they met and realized they each had a different piece of the puzzle to opening a brewery. Combining forces, this new group of friends decided on brewing in the beautiful mountain town of Squamish BC, head brewer John Folinsbee’s hometown. At the BC Beer awards in 2017, Backcountry was awarded “Rookie of the Year” with medals for all three core beers as well as “Best Social Media.”

They bring three brilliant blends to the drink lineup with their Key Lime Sour, Wonderfull Day For Pie along with their beloved Pool Shower and Five Fingers Fruit Punch sours.

Bizou + Yukon

Bizou + Yukon are two fun-loving Great Pyrenees who had a distinguished career guarding Garnet Valley Ranch and every animal, human and critter that lives there. Great Pyrenees are nocturnal, giving them plenty of time to snooze in the shade during the day and ensuring they are fresh and full of energy at night when invaders lurk.

Now in semi retirement, Bizou assumed the role of creative director, designing a series of colourful labels that depict the shenanigans that go on at The Ranch. Yukon took on the serious task of wine testing and blending. You will find their chill rosé, a sparkling wine in a can on offer this year at SCF.

Stellar refreshments: Just one more reason to celebrate that the Squamish Constellation Festival is back in a big way.
