Yes! Our volunteer portal should be ready toward the end of April. Please hang tight, we want your shining face helping out behind the scenes at the festival!

Check out our Vendor Application form and our marketplace coordinator will be in touch in early May.

Yes, single-day passes will be made available closer to the festival date.

Nope. Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE. A tampered wristband will be declared void and you will not gain access to the festival.

Passes will only be sold in advance via Front Gate Tickets https://constellation.frontgatetickets.com/, and if they are still available, at the gate.

Wristbands will be available for pick-up at the Advance Box Office starting July 20. You can also pick-up your wristbands at the Box Office when you arrive at the festival. We encourage locals to beat the rush and do it in advance to reduce crowding and line-ups. Remember to bring your barcodes (printed or on your phone) so Box Office staff can scan your ticket.

Yes! There are shuttles to and from both Vancouver and Whistler (click here to book).

A free local shuttle will also be looping through the neighbourhoods of Squamish and connecting to the festival site as well as off-site parking areas. Just jump on and we will get you where you’re going!

We highly recommend shuttles as a great way to get to and from the festival without worrying about parking.

It couldn’t be any closer unless we put you on stage. Seriously though, we’re offering onsite camping for the first time in Centennial Field at Brennan Park, about 200 metres from the festival grounds! Please click here for more Camping FAQs.

Yes! This year we are pleased to offer parking onsite and offsite. Off-site parking is a 15 walk to the festival grounds. There will be security monitoring all paid parking spaces, but please do not leave anything valuable in your vehicle. Absolutely no sleeping in parking lots overnight. On-site vehicle camping is available if that is what you choose – it’s your back!

Our free bike valet team will take good care of your bike. We know how much you love it!

Donations will be collected for the Sarah McLachlan School of Music: Strengthening the well-being of children, youth and adults 55+ by providing barrier-free access to the transformative power of musical learning, expression and community.

Everyone is welcome at Squamish Constellation Festival. We are committed to creating a festival experience where everyone can connect with music, the outdoors, family and friends in a setting that is free from violence, hate speech, predatory and discriminatory behaviours.

We ask that festival-goers and residents help us with this by acting with care and respect towards people and nature, by being aware of how your actions may impact others, by keeping an eye on each other, and reaching out if you see anything that causes you concern.

To help us foster a safer festival environment, we have partnered with Good Night Out to provide support over the weekend. They will be on site. If you see anything of concern  on the festival site, please connect with the Good Night Out team (in peach t-shirts), paid or volunteer security, or police/RCMP who are all available to keep everyone safe.

The right to admission is reserved by the promoter and venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion and may from time to time carry out security searches.

No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or disorderly conduct.

We have secured responsible partners who are providing separate, comfortable  tobacco and cannabis consumption lounges. All guests who wish to use either of these products must  do so only in designated areas. The cannabis consumption site is 19+.
